Akdeniz Hosting (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) operates under the laws of the Republic of Turkey as a technology and web services provider.
This Agreement defines the terms and conditions governing the use of all services provided by the Company.
The Company provides the following main services:
Web Hosting Service:
Akdeniz Hosting’s shared hosting infrastructure allows users to make their websites accessible on the internet. This includes file storage, email hosting, and database management.
Virtual Private Server (VPS) Service:
High-performance Ryzen-based virtual servers offer users dedicated resources and administrative control. Users may install software, host projects, and manage configurations through a control panel.
Domain Registration Service:
The Company registers domain names through ICANN-accredited registrars on behalf of the user. The user is solely responsible for the legality and use of the registered domain.
Software Solutions:
The Company provides or develops software systems such as web applications, management panels, client dashboards, and automation tools. The nature of the software may vary depending on the purchased service.
Any individual or legal entity utilizing the Company’s services is considered a “User.”
Both individual and corporate clients may use the services.
Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the services.
Minors under 18 may only use the services with prior written approval from the Company.
To purchase or use any service, users must create an account on the Akdeniz Hosting platform.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are fully responsible for any false or misleading information.
Users must comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Hosting or distributing any illegal content (malware, copyright violations, fraud, etc.),
Engaging in activities that may harm others or the system’s security,
Sending spam, conducting DDoS attacks, or generating malicious traffic,
Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ data.
Users agree to:
Maintain the security of their services and accounts,
Keep passwords confidential,
Avoid misuse or overloading of system resources,
Perform regular backups of all hosted data.
The Company is not liable for any data loss resulting from user error or negligence.
Service prices vary depending on the selected package.
Base packages are affordable, and additional services may incur extra charges.
Payments may be made via:
Credit Card,
Bank Transfer / Wire (EFT).
Users are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of purchase upon request.
After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Failure to make payment on time may result in service suspension.
If the delay continues, the service may be permanently terminated.
This Agreement remains in effect as long as the user’s account is active.
This Agreement may be terminated when:
The user closes their account,
The Company ceases its operations,
The user violates the terms of service or engages in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, all user data will be permanently deleted, and all services will be terminated immediately.
The Company processes personal data in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698).
All personal data is securely stored on the Company’s servers and accessible only by authorized personnel.
User data is never shared with third parties, except when required by law or governmental authorities.
The Company shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from:
Power outages, hardware failures, or natural disasters,
Data loss caused by user negligence,
Downtime or failures originating from third-party data centers.
Users are fully responsible for any action that may endanger the integrity or stability of the service.
In the event of force majeure (earthquake, war, natural disaster, etc.), service delivery may be temporarily suspended.
Akdeniz Hosting will attempt to restore services through backup systems located in other cities.
However, the Company accepts no liability for lost or unrecoverable data.
The Company aims to provide high uptime and stable performance, but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation.
Technical support is available 24/7 via email, live chat, or ticket system.
Support is limited to the purchased service’s normal operation.
Requests for third-party configurations, coding, or unrelated modifications are outside support scope.
All texts, visuals, software, logos, documents, and materials created or provided by Akdeniz Hosting are the exclusive property of the Company.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
All content uploaded or created by users (such as websites, databases, or files) remains the property of the user.
The Company merely provides hosting infrastructure and bears no responsibility for the legality or safety of such content.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.
Users will be notified of such changes via SMS or email.
Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Parties agree to seek mediation first, and if unresolved, disputes shall be settled by Turkish Courts, specifically Çorum Courts and Enforcement Offices.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred to another company.
